The Flying Biscuit Café in Marietta/East Cobb, located in the Parkaire Landing shopping center, permanently closed on September 27, 2024. The café originally opened on March 15, 2021, but shut down abruptly in August 2021. After reopening under new ownership and management on September 12, 2022, the restaurant eventually announced its permanent closure in September of 2024.

The menu features seafood and meats on a wood-burning grill, plus oysters and dishes from the raw bar. “Drift is a chef-driven restaurant offering an approachable menu of creative, sustainable seafood preparations and techniques,” Turbush said.
