Taqueria El Güero opened in January 2026 at 2200 Roswell Rd, Suites 160 & 170, at the corner of Roswell Road and Robinson Road in Marietta. The setup is counter service, built for quick ordering and quick eating. A salsa and toppings bar lets guests dial in heat levels and add extra crunch. It’s an authentic stop for tacos, tortas, burritos, and a few items that tend to get people talking, including birria tacos and birria ramen.
The menu focuses on Mexican staples with a “pick your meat” approach across several formats. Tacos, tortas, burritos, quesadillas, sopes, nachos, flautas, and huaraches are all listed with classic toppings like beans, lettuce, tomato, onions, avocado, cheese, sour cream, and jalapeños, depending on the item. The Roswell Road restaurant joins existing Taqueria El Güero locations on Austell Road in Austell, Powder Springs Street in Marietta, South Cobb Drive in Smyrna, and Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway in Hiram. The new location gives the brand an even wider footprint around Cobb County and nearby areas, with the East Cobb addition positioned in a highly trafficked corridor.
