Phở Hòa Noodle Soup + Jazen Tea is bringing its signature Vietnamese flavors to East Cobb, taking over the former Kouzina Christos location, and prior to that the Aurelio’s Pizza space located between Reunion Kitchen & Bar and Bird Watchers Supply. The soft opening began on May 2, 2025 with the grand opening date set for July 12 and 13. With the grand opening, the restaurant will feature an expanded menu (along with draft beer and bar coming soon).
The restaurant is known for its healthy approach to traditional phở, offering a flavorful broth made with high-quality meats and fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Alongside its popular noodle soups, the menu includes rice plates, bahn mi sandwiches, vermicelli bowls, vegetarian options, and a selection of appetizers/snacks, and beverages from Jazen Tea.
With a history dating back to 1983 in California, Phở Hòa has grown into an international brand, with more than 60 locations in 6 countries serving millions of bowls of phở each year.
