Roswell Ale House is taking over the former Chopstix Sushi House & Asian Fusion location at 4651 Woodstock Road, Suite 301 in the Sandy Plains Village shopping center.
The restaurant is now hiring, and a Cobb County business license has been issued, however other details about Roswell Ale House remain limited. No opening date, menu, or operating hours have been announced. The name suggests a casual bar and restaurant concept, though the business has not released any information about its plans for the space.
The former Chopstix Sushi House & Asian Fusion on Woodstock Road should not be confused with the separate and still open Chopsticks China Bistro at 3822 Roswell Road in Marietta.
